A: Yes! You can! Please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. Additional shipping fees may apply if intercepting the shipment is required, as once the warehouse dispatches the goods, an interception would incur extra costs.

A: Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

A: If your shipment is via air freight, the tracking number will on1ly update once the goods reach your destination country/region and clear customs. It will then be forwarded to your local DHL, UPS, or FedEx for further updates. Please rest assured; there's no need to worry before it is handed over to DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

A: No tax will be charged to US and EU customers if your order is a completed board. (tax will be charged for customers in NZ/Norway/Switzerland/South Korea). If you buy spare parts and ship to EU/NZ/AU/CA, you will need to pay tax. If you live in New Zealand, we may ship your board in 2 packages due to the custom rules. We will ship your battery and remote in one package and your board in another. The full board will be able to be assembled with the contents of both packages.

A: Yes, you can. You will, however, bear any expenses incurred. In addition, if the package is returned due to a problem with the customer's address, the customer will also be responsible for the costs incurred.

A: The board is equipped with an IPX5 waterproof rating. However, prolonged use may reduce its waterproof performance. Water exposure can damage the skateboard, so we recommend avoiding riding in heavy rain. If the board gets wet, use a hairdryer to dry the charging port and motor after riding.

A: The max load of Maxfind is 220 pounds (100kg). Weights above that might have an impact on the board’s performance and speed.

A: You can adjust the tightness of the nut at the front of the truck by using a T-wrench. Loosen the nut to make the steering flexible. Tightening the nut will make the steering stiff.

1: Turn off the board and remote.
2: Long press the power button of the board and the remote at the same time for more than 5 seconds.
3: When the remote vibrates, it will show that it's paired.

A: From the day you receive your package. The warranty is for 270 days.

A: Please contact our customer support, we will always do our best to help, but there are no guarantees. Sometimes it is simply too late, and the currier no longer allows a change. If there is an additional charge to change the address, the customer will be notified before the change to decide if they want to proceed. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.
