A: The board is equipped with an IPX5 waterproof rating. However, prolonged use may reduce its waterproof performance. Water exposure can damage the skateboard, so we recommend avoiding riding in heavy rain. If the board gets wet, use a hairdryer to dry the charging port and motor after riding.
Q: Do I need to charge the battery when I receive the board?
A: Yes, you could do that, but it is not required. The battery is not fully charged before leaving the factory (to protect the battery during long-distance shipping) and it may be low upon arrival.
Q: How much weight can a Maxfind board carry?
A: The max load of Maxfind is 220 pounds (100kg). Weights above that might have an impact on the board’s performance and speed.
Q: How can I adjust steering sensitivity?
A: You can adjust the tightness of the nut at the front of the truck by using a T-wrench. Loosen the nut to make the steering flexible. Tightening the nut will make the steering stiff.
Q: How do I pair the remote to the board?
A: It’s easy!
1: Turn off the board and remote.
2: Long press the power button of the board and the remote at the same time for more than 5 seconds.
3: When the remote vibrates, it will show that it's paired.

I love this e skate ! I received it two days ago and I'm already hooked. Great range, super confortable, good accélération ==> it's perfect. I plan to buy a second battery soon, although the range is already very good. Yesterday I rode about 12 miles, and the battery level was at 2/5. I think I coud have done 18 miles or maybe more, considering I weigh 90 kg. I'm also going to change the wheels to Cloudwheels, The Kingpin Wheels are décent, but they show some limitations on rough roads and gravel. But overall, it's fantastic and seems very sturdy and durable.
I have put about 65km (40miles) on the board so far and have tried a couple other electric longboards, this one by far has the most acceleration, speed, and maneuverability. Has pretty good range too. Got about 26 miles in a single charge. Very comfortable ride and good flex in the board. I even road it 7 miles each way to the skatepark yesterday. The service team is also very helpful and quick to respond, I had an issue and they helped solve my issue immediately.
Love the board!!! It is long enough and also stable enough. Only the remote could be a little more less cheap. It feels plastic and the scroll wheel sometimes get stuck...
But the board itself is really nice!
great board for what i have to do or going for a cruse. they sent out this one after talking to someone after the delivery company lost the max 5 extended i wanted, happy we talked about this one. next investment would be another battery..
I had an issue with the remote control on the maxfind 5 skateboard . I contacted customer service thru email. The response was very quick. The issue was resolved without any hangups. I was very pleased . I rate the customer service a 5 out of 5 . I would recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Yo, as a regular commuter chica, I can totally rely on the Maxfind FF Street skateboard to dodge traffic jams and make it to the office just in time, even when I oversleep like a boss. It's all about avoiding unnecessary hassle, you feel me? It's safe, speedy, and hella cool, especially for us ladies. Straight up cool!
The battery that came with the board malfunctioned the first month. When I contacted them. They immediately sent me out a new battery at no charge. This is a great product.
Very clear product description along with quality. I was initially unclear as to the quality of the skateboard. I saw a review on YouTube and purchased STREET. That is a great electric skateboard rivaling more expensive versions. Needless to say, I'm very happy with both the design, quality and its price.

Just got my ff street today and I love it! The price was right! Shipped from US warehouse and came fast. Soon as I got it I unboxed it and it was already paired with the remote. Hmmm? The remote read that it already had 6miles on it! Not cool. Whose been riding my board before me?! Anyway I took it out for a ride immediately on this beautiful day and it was great. The 105mm Cloud Wheels felt very comfortable. Awesome torque. A little more power was noticeable and welcome. Adjusted my trucks to my desired sensitivity for carving and a new favorite was born. One day I'll get the FF AT but for now this is perfect. All I know is MAXFIND and I cant complain.
It's a great board with a few flaws. The cover for the charging port doesn't stay on. There isn't enough space battery compartment for the long wires coming out of the battery. Maybe, make the wires shorter. I fear that eventually the wires are going to break because of the harsh bending. Maxfind, IMO, realized this. Hence the fact that broken wires are not covered under the warranty. Beside these two things, I absolutely love this board. Especially with the cloud wheels. Such an easy/ soft feeling ride.
Got this on the black friday sale. Only had for less than a weak. If you like longboarding you NEED too get this!
For me it only took about 15mins in a parking lot to be able to get the hang of it. Been riding in mode 3 mostly (23mph max) and have been having so a blast !!!! It's very comfortable too ride and amazing grip. Only complaint I'd have is the range. Been averaging around 15 which for most is enough, but I have so much fun riding I need more !!! Maxfind does sell extra battery as they have the fast-swap battery design. I'm already looking into ! 20/10 would recommend to anyone !!!!!!!!!
Well, I must say that this board is fast and powerful, with a long-lasting battery and excellent speed. I weigh 195 pounds and drive all day, and the battery is always charged.
Shipping took 10 days, a little longer than I expected, but it was well worth the wait. I think I'm going to buy another one because I'm bored and have three of your boards.

I’ve had the DIY kit with the older motor style from maxfind and this board changes everything. The DIY kit on a rigid board would vibrate loose most hardware. Having the dual-kingpin trucks and a flexible board makes the experience safer and I have had no missing parts going down my usual paths with sidewalk lines and the occasional small rock or two. The cloud wheels should help with that even more. Going to order the off-road wheels eventually!
I’ve only been up and down the road once so far so I don’t know how great the battery is but the packaging was fantastic, the board feels really good and it was pretty easy to learn and I’m pretty excited to ride again.
The board looks great and rides great! I've had it for abt a week. I use it for the first and last 2 miles of my commute, before and after public transportation/bart. Supposed to have a cruise control function on the remote but haven't got it to work yet, need to figure that out. The weight is easy enough to carry on to the train thanks to the handle and when standing up, it takes up very little space, unlike my escooter. Forgot my remote control at home the other day and rode it like a regular skateboard. Got a good workout.
Awesome board me and my son take turns at local skate bowl. It’s fast. We get an hour out of hard riding there. Quality is good. Remote is good quality. I would defiantly buy if you into electric skateboard. I’ve never ridden a maxfind but I’m sure it compares. Good price. And you cannot tell it’s electric from looking at it.
This was my first electric skateboard, so it was extremely important to me that I select the right one. After receiving the ff street and using it for a month, I'm happy to say that I definitely made the right choice. It is the whole package: quality, value, performance and overall enjoyment! It is very well made, looks awesome, and performs exactly as expected. It's not difficult to ride for a beginner, and seems to have power enough to satisfy even the intermediate/advanced rider. The battery on both the controller and the board itself are excellent.
